Dec. 10th , 2012, Director Chen Wenqing was invited to join the program of Discussion about People’s livelihood & Focus on Hot Topics co-held by Municipal United Front Work Department, Committee for Handling Proposals of CPPCC Dalian Municipal Committee and Dalian Evening Newspaper, and discussed the parking difficult problem with citizens through the hotline and gave some advices.
